Planning wedding guest transport
Every wedding has a different schedule, guest list and combination of venues, so transport is planned around the details of your day. We can arrange hotel collections, ceremony arrivals, transfers to the reception, evening pickups and post wedding airport journeys, with timings agreed in advance.
For larger groups or several separate collections, please enquire with the number of passengers, pickup locations, venue addresses and approximate times. We can then confirm the most suitable vehicle arrangements and whether additional vehicles will be needed.
Late evening pickups can also be planned for guests returning to hotels or homes after the reception. Where several collection times are required, we can organise a clear schedule so everyone knows when and where they will be collected.
